QUESTIONS

Yes. There are no additional charges for equipment set up and tear down. We offer free delivery for zip codes 46342, 46402, 46404, 46405, 46407, 46408, 46409. We charge a flat rate of $35 for up to 25 miles and rates starting at $75 for events beyond our normal service delivery area. If your event is outside of our normal delivery zone, please call or email us for a quote before booking.

We set up the morning of your party between 10am-12pm. We will do our best to accommodate your requested delivery time. Please let us know if you have any special requests, site restrictions, or time limitations.

We pickup same-day before dusk (generally around 6:00pm). This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event. Pickups requested after 6pm may incur additional charges.

We accept credit and debit cards as well as cash, Cashapp, and Zelle payments. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our delivery crew does not carry cash. Payment in full is due at the time of your rental delivery. 

Yes. We require a deposit for each product booked. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of your rental. 

If you have paid in full but have to cancel for some reason, you will be refunded the cost of the booking minus the specified deposit amount. 

We appreciate any extra care you can provide to make sure our inflatables and other party equipment are well cared for during your event. Here are some things you can do to prepare your space:

  • Mow your lawn at least 24-72 hours prior to your event. Mowing grass the day of generally leads to excessive grass clippings in the inflatables, which is no fun for anyone.
  • Scan your space and gather any sharp objects that may potentially puncture the inflatables (branches, rocks, etc.).
  • Clean up any animal droppings in your yard.
  • Confirm your power source and water source (if applicable). If you need additional power, rent one of our generators.

We understand that plans change, so if you need to cancel your event and provide us with at least a 24-hour notice, we will hold your non-refundable deposit to be applied to a future date. (Must be within one year of the original event date). 

NWI Bounce House takes the safety of our customers and staff seriously, so we pay close attention to weather patterns moving through our delivery areas. If there is bad weather the day of your event, you or NWI may decide to cancel. Here’s how it works:

  • If NWI decides to cancel due to bad weather, we will inform you by 10:00am the day of your event or sooner. You will have the option to reschedule your event. Your non-refundable deposit will be applied to the future event (which must be within one year of the original event date).
  • If you decide to cancel, you must inform us before 9am the day of your event or earlier to avoid late cancellation fees. You will have the option to reschedule your event. Your non-refundable deposit will be applied to the future event (which must be within one year of the original event date). Please note that once our team sets up the equipment, your rental is in effect. There are no refunds after this point.

We can set up on grass, dirt, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot set up on rocks, or gravel.

Yes. The inflatables are washed, sanitized, and dried immediately after each use, so they will be clean and ready for you and your guests to enjoy.

You may have to pay for repairs or replacement. As a condition of renting our equipment, customers must accept our terms which include taking full responsibility for any damage to inflatables and party rentals as well as responsibility for the safety of their guests.

Yes! All of our party rental equipment is available year-round.

There are NO shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, confetti, gender reveal dust/powder, pens, markers, crayons, paint, etc. allowed on the bounce house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done.

Absolutely no animals are permitted in the inflatables.
